About you
You are an analytical and detail-oriented estimator who enjoys solving complex project challenges. You have experience developing cost estimates across multiple project lifecycle stages and can confidently apply bottom-up, top-down, comparative and parametric estimating techniques. You understand risk, uncertainty and forecasting principles, and can communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused environment, you thrive in collaborative teams, embrace continuous improvement, and are motivated by delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes for customers and programmes.

- Cost estimating and forecasting

- Marine or trade (constructive, mechanical or electrical) highly regarded
- Risk and uncertainty analysis
- Project controls knowledge
- Tender and pricing development
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
- Stakeholder engagement and report writing
Key Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in project management, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience applying estimating methodologies across complex projects
- Knowledge of project controls, forecasting and risk analysis
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a New Zealand Defence Security Clearance
